Our organic dulse algae in whole leaf form can give any dish an exquisite taste. It can be used in Stews, Sauces, Soups, with vegetables or raw in a salad. When cooked in very hot butter for about 3 seconds, it even resembles the flavour of fried bacon. Because of this, dulse is also known as "Bacon Algae". ​
